Health
- All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations.
- All injuries, infections, or illnesses must be brought to our attention.
- Vaccination history must be provided before walks begin.
Logistics
- All walks will begin no more than 30 minutes before or after the scheduled walk time, otherwise the walk is free!
- Walks on holidays and weekends (6pm or later) are an additional $5.
Last Minute Changes
- Last minute and day of requests are subject to availability and we will do our best to accommodate the desired walk.
- Same day cancellations may be charged for the full amount of the walk at our discretion.
Payment
- Invoices will be sent every Monday for charges incurred during the previous calendar week as well as any previous balance. Payment for that invoice is expected by the end of that week.
Liability
- BitterDog Walkers LLC is not held responsible for a dog's pre-existing conditions.
- BitterDog Walkers LLC is not held responsible for events that occur in the home while the dog walker is not present.
